Representatives of Ombudsman's Office visit a military unit
Representatives of the Ombudsman's Office visited one of the Land Forces military units pursuant to the 2026 Joint Action Plan signed between the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense and the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
During the visit, the representatives reviewed the living conditions and logistical support provided to the personnel. They also visited the medical facility, where they inquired about health status of service members undergoing treatment and medical care being provided.
The meeting with military personnel focused on discussions on the protection of human rights within the military, as well as other relevant issues. The representatives also answered questions of interest raised by the personnel.
