New head appointed to the Digital Trade Hub of Azerbaijan
New personnel appointment was made in the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). Upon the order of the Executive Director of the CAERC Vusal Gasimli,Chief Analyst of the Department of Economic Analysis and Analytical Information Masuma Talibova was appointed as the Head of the Digital Trade Hub of Azerbaijan (DTH).
It should be mentioned that Masuma Talibova has been working in the CAERC since 2016. Up to day, she hold positions of a Specialist, Analyst and Chief Analyst at the Center. She worked in the State Land and Cartography Committee and State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
M. Talibova received a bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and a master's degree in International Finance at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in finance in the International Magistrate and Doctorate Center.
