Caspian Energy puts up for sale equity stake in its projects
Several local and foreign media outlets, including social networks, have spread information that the Caspian Energy Club and Caspian Energy International Media Group passed a controlling stake to a commercial holding of one of the Caspian region countries. We also received numerous phone calls from the heads of international organizations and diplomatic missions accredited in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
“This information is not correct and does not reflect the essence of what is happening”, said the Chairman and CEO of the Caspian Energy Club, Telman Aliyev.
Telman Aliyev noted that the Caspian Energy Club and Caspian Energy International Media Group have put up for sale a number of projects in Azerbaijan and abroad in order to attract investors. The main goal is to attract additional investment to transform our numerous projects into a new format, using modern innovative and digital technologies. Thanks to this, we will be able to further expand the geographic reach of our activities and shift our cooperation into a single international business networking platform.
According to Telman Aliyev, some projects will get a completely new format, and thanks to the numerous tools that the Caspian Energy Club uses in its activities, business representatives will be able to use the opportunities to promote their products and services even more quickly and effectively.
In conclusion, Telman Aliyev noted that negotiations are currently underway with companies and organizations interested in acquiring equity participation in these projects. "The more detailed information, containing the details of the negotiations, will be officially announced by us in the near future.
